We purchased a bundle package of on line and in person driving lessons for approximately $500.00. The company has failed to provide my son with his in person lessons that were scheduled last week and today 5-4-23. They never notified me that they were cancelling his lesson last week. I inadvertently found out when I called them to confirm where he should wait at school. AGAIN today they stood him up which actually left him stranded after school because my husband and I were at work and the company was supposed to pick my son up after school and bring him home after the lesson. They never called until the very last minute when they were supposed to be picking him up. Unfortunately there are multiple other families voicing the same concerns/problems with this company on yelp, etc….. This is unacceptable and this company is fraudulently charging for services that they obviously can’t provide. I was told “ what do you want me to do if we can’t get anyone to work?” This is very frustrating and not reassuring when the company is asking me this type of question but stating they do not give refunds. I informed them that it is fraudulent to basically tell me that you can’t provide me with the services that I have paid you for….!?!? I asked if I could have a number to the head supervisor and I was told that she doesn’t have a number??? I was told that maybe she will be in tomorrow but “ I can’t tell her a message because I just do the scheduling”????? They have delayed my son by over a month already with these cancellations and we have already waited over a month to get these appointments only to ultimately have the company keep cancelling.Business response

Town and Country Driving School has been in business for over 40 years and currently trains over 1,000 students per year. And currently has an A+ BBB rating. Customer's description of her response to and the driving school's response to the May 4 driving lesson appointment was not accurately described to BBB. Customer purchased bundle package on December 19, 2022 at $449.00 not $500.00. Under Ohio law student must complete 24 hour online course before taking driving lessons. Student started the online course in December 2022 and completed the online course in March 2023. Under Ohio law and pursuant to contract with customer the driving school has six months to complete the driving lessons. Driving lessons were scheduled to be completed by May 14. Parents were notified of any schedule changes. Notwithstanding that student completed the online course, the driving school on or about May 5, 2023, ordered the tuition to be refunded
