            Chris ******* sold me home and auto insurance with Grange as he had his personal insurance with them. He had not provided quotes from other companies even though I requested it. Then he could not answer questions I had on insurance from my college age daughter who was put on my policy. I finally decided to cancel the policy for my daughter as Chris refused to put anything in writing even though he claimed to have contacted the insurance company. He provided wrong information on when I will be refunded for the insurance monies I had paid. He said 7-10 business days. Grange policy was 15 business days. It took them 20 business days to get the check to me. I finally decided to cancel my policy with Grange totally. Chris has not responded to my questions regarding my policy. Grange insurance which he represented was surprised that he would not put any information in writing and that he did not know their refund policy. Further, he did not want to provide the contact information for Grange so that I can get my questions answered. I finally got their number after doing some research.

            We appreciate you taking the time to review KLT Insurance and are sorry that you did not have the same experience as all of our other clients. We disagree with some of the information in the review and feel it is only fair to respond. We had completed quotes with ******* ****** and ********* *nsurance and as they fit your needs best and presented the best option. We still have the copies of the additional quotes and would have been happy to provide insurance plans with similar coverages and higher premiums, we felt they did not best fit your needs. On the coverage for your daughter we not only provided the answer but also at your request verified the information with the underwriter. Your policy documents always serve as the written verification for any language and providing anything other than the policy documents is not advised by the Insurance Carrier. We do also apologize for the extra days that it took for you to receive any refund. All of our insurance carriers normally provide refunds within 7 to 10 business days and in your case that was not met. Again we appreciated the opportunity to serve you as a client and apologize that your experience was not similar to all of our other clients.
