      Mother’s Day I paid for my daughter to have a pedicure with polish a manicure with gel they recommended to her she didn’t need manicure. Which I had already paid for-they told her they would credit my account. I had appointment today ask about credit they couldn’t remember offered me 11.00 dollars off Which I paid $75.00 for both pedicure cost 36.00 5.00 off for Mother’s Day plus tax. 33.00 and some change. So my math tells me I paid 42.00 for manicure that the service didn’t happen

      This is a he say she say situation. They should have contacted us right away or a day after if they feel the amount was charged wrong or service wasn’t included in price  . Instead she waited weeks and come in for services again and expected us to remember what is going on and credit them back with a discount , which we had no record of services that we keep , or what was done.

      There own technicians knew the service was not done should have given credit at time of service wasn’t completed 
      I thought by law we as business owners have to keep records of their earnings

      We always give back the difference for service that’s not done before clients leave salon . You weren’t here when she left since  you paid first and left , and left her here to be serviced . So before she left after her service whatever services she didn’t get was given to her back in cash . Since it’s in cash we didn’t have proof that we gave  it back to her , And you have no Proof that we didn’t give it back to her. So it’s not fair for us about what you are claiming since you weren’t present when your daughter left.
