On 10/07/2021 I took my vehicle to be serviced at Buckeye Ford. I was to receive a Transmission Flush. The price being $241.03 for this service that they explained was special compared to other transmission flush procedures. I have experienced issues since and have reached out to the dealership as well as my mother pertaining the issues. I was contacted by a manager who responded to my review on google and I've returned his call only to be told he isn't in all week. On Wednesday the 13 bought some transmission treatment to put in to help with the slipping. Today when going to put it in my buddy and I observed that my transmission fluid is brown to mocha colored and appears to have not been changed, flushed at all. I took pictures also and called the dealership again to no avail. I was transferred to a manager who was annoyed at my claim and my name and phone number was taken and I still sit and wait. The service I paid for I didn't receive. They have my money and I need it back.Business response

Someone other than Buckeye Ford told him that flushing his transmission would fix the shift concern he had. If he had told us that he was having a shift concern we would not have recommended a flush to correct it but rather recommended having his transmission diagnosed by our transmission technician. Even though his buddy made the wrong recommendation he blamed us for it. After changing his story several times he now states that yet another buddy told him the shifting he was feeling was "normal" and we should not have changes his fluid even though the service manual recommends doing so every 100,000 miles. At the end of the day it was better in the name of customer satisfaction to refund him his money even though we did nothing wrong. I spoke with Mr ***** about this issue over the phone and in person and showed him pictures of my fluids and it was agreed that something was amiss. Now...reading the response to my complaint I am highly irritated that this company has twisted and totally fabricated what was done and ignored the actual complaint. I spoke to Mr ***** this morning and he now tells me that with my vehicle the change of transmission fluids turns a different color i.e black after a couple days. I ask why wouldn't he call and tell me and why did he, after our decent conversation communicate to me the new findings to help me understand not hinder. I expressed that his response to my complaint was deceptive and unfair but to be blessed. I will not ever recommend a company that doesn't communicate actual facts to the customer but instead twist and demean in order to sound professional and without fault. I'm literally appalled at this whole thing and the fact that all this could of been avoided with better communication.
