I have worked my entire live and saved money for my 65th birthday, I purchased a 1600 mile 2014 Ferrari 458 from Larry W** at R&H Motor Car Group Solon in Ohio. 440 914 0000. I paid 260,000. I wired the money without seeing the car in person and trusted him. He had it transported to Ferrari in Ohio then from there to my home. He told me he was fully insured for damage and he had a great shipper and was also fairly priced. I wired money on march 8, when the car was deliver in baltimore the shipper demand 2,400 for the transport, I have 6 Quotes from similar transport company’s ranging from 950 to 1250. He would not release the car unless i paid him. I immediately noticed damage on what was sold to me as and Larry assured me there was no damage on the paint. i have pics from that day time stamped, and made the shipper ***** ************** *** from Salem Ohio. I also contacted Larry and sent him pictures, for 1 and a half months he gave me a yaba daba do, then stopped responding. I now have a what was perfect car, that needs paint work on the passenger side rear view mirror, now doing that work surely decreases the value from what was a blemish free vehicle. I am asking for 5,000. For being overcharged by ***** ********* and having to have paint work done on what was a perfect collectible car. I hope you can help me with this less than honorable business and let others know to beware of a liar. I can supply receipts and pictures and a copy of the 2400 dollar bill and 6 comps at less than half the price.
