The Antique Brass Gate rings in my order said that they were oval. It was in very small print. But your pic shows them as round. So, that was misleading advertising. But more importantly, every one of the 6 are used and scratched on the inside, as if someone had used Swivel snaps on them already. See pics. The pic of the Listing looks as though they tried to buff out the scratches. So, when I ordered them, I did not realize that. The pic that I shot shows the actual scratches that were not buffed out. These scratches are on both sides in the inner rings, where a Swivel Snap would go. So, it is obvious that they have all been used and damaged Also, the outsides of the Rings have jagged sharp edges by the hinge. I cannot use these or give them to a customer. Their Terms and Conditions say that there are no refunds on Closeout Items, which these were. But it says that I can fill out a Claim within 10, for damaged items. But the Rep would not take my Claim since it was a Closeout Item. Also, for the 1” Strap Slides that I ordered…They were not 1” on the inside. They were 1 1/8”, which makes the Strap very loose. Every Slide that I have ever gotten from other Vendors, is exactly 1” inside. And their pic in the Listing is very misleading… you can’t even tell how big it is inside because of the Ruler they used, and how they lined it up. But, the Rep said that I would have to pay a restocking fee and I would have to pay for my Shipping Label, even though the item was not as stated. I want them to send me a Shipping Label at their Cost, with no Restocking Fee, so that I can return all of these damaged and incorrect Items. I also want a refund on my original shipping charge of $5.99 since I now have to order the same items from another Vendor.
