            Our experience with North East Ohio Remodeling was VERY UNSATISFACTORY! Greg, the owner, rushed the work, left work unfinished and hazardous, provided very little or no follow through, left us wondering when the project would be completed. His sub-contractors would work a few hours, then "disappear" with no recap or indication of when they'd be back to continue the work. The uncompleted project was dragged out twice the amount of time initially quote. The work was shoddy and customer service was non-existent. When we CONSTANTLY expressed our concerns and dissatisfaction, nothing was done to resolve them!! We got tired of the his lack of communication, lack of progress, the quality of work was inferior, and excuses upon excuses. Had we known now what our experience with NEO Remodeling would be, we would have NEVER hired them!!
