The company went above and beyond. My roof was replaced due to storm damage and when I came back everything was done beautifully and the yard was pristine.The entire work was done quickly and the quality of the product installed are superior to what I had been quoted by other companies as well as the workmanship and product warranties included in the deal. I recently had A&W Roofing handle a roofing job for me, and I couldn’t be more impressed. After discovering wind damage, we also found out that the decking was rotted. The owner took personal responsibility for the situation, working directly with my insurance agent to ensure everything was covered. Thanks to their efficient and professional approach, I had a brand new roof installed in just one day. I highly recommend A&W Roofing for their expertise and excellent customer service.

From consultation to install day A&W Roofing was amazing! Arthur handled the rather intimidating insurance claim process, always fighting when we as unexperienced homeowners would have given up. He walked us through the entire process and educated us on the unfamiliar. The crew worked hard on install day and completed the job in one day. They were clean and respectful of the property, even covered delicate plants to protect them from debris. We love our roof and would highly recommend Arthur and his crew to anyone in the market for a new roof!!

A&W Roofing did not disappoint! We filed a claim through insurance and Arthur made sure to explain the process so there were no surprises or confusion! We opted for a metal roof instead of traditional shingles. The install was quick and professional.. the results? AMAZING! We highly recommend working with A&W Roofing and Restoration!

First and foremost, the gentleman I had the pleasure of doing business with was extremely down to earth and treated me like as neighbor. Friendly as can be which is hard to find than this day and age. I don't know if it's just me, but its just hard to relate or get that "friend who's helping a friend" type of connection. You listened well, as well as explaining everything to me well, making sure that it was exactly how it should be or should I say how I would like it to be. My last experience was more of a how they wanted it to be type of experience and I'm happy to say this was nothing like that. Zero complaints on quality of work or price. Nothing extra, that I had not wanted was done as well as everything that I did want done done exactly as I requested. Between the quality of the work and the quality and Clarity of my customer service I'll definitely be calling them next time my roof has an issue. No Doubt, no hesitation. I'm honestly relieved to find a company that I'm going to continue to use and I'm happy to be able to call them my roofing company.

Arthur was referred to me by a friend of mine who had their roof done by him in June and he and his crew did not disappoint. Everything went smoothly and I was informed from beginning to end & insurance paid for all of it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or siding. He was a pleasure to work with.

Arthur A*****, the owner, was very professional. He came out to our house in the winter because we thought our roof was leaking. Turns out it was our gutters. Gave us a free estimate and there was no pressure to buy. The price we received was reasonable and the workers did a great job on the installation. There was a blockage below the downspout which requires a plumber. We were given option on how to elevate the problem with the use of extended downspout & splashguard. After we contact the plumber, Arthur said he will work with us on the choice we make. Arthur came out & inspected the work. He went above & beyond for us. We would recommend A & W Roofing & Restoration to others.

00000 stars. Had storm damage on my siding in April 2021. The work was suppose to be started in June (dumpster delivered). There was a problem with the siding order not getting ordered so had to reschedule. Finally started the work in Aug 2021. I had to contact him each time. I don't have enough space here to tell you all that went wrong. They replaced my garage roof in the rain so the items in my garage got wet. Ruined a few things. They put a very large ladder hole in one window screen. He couldn't find a place to repair it (even though *** ******** is right up the street) so I will have to do this on my own. One corner is not cut long enough so keeps popping out. They broke my water spigot in the front of my house. Came home one day after they worked and it was pouring water out. I couldn't stop it so had to shut it off from inside. Still can't use it now and no clue how much it will cost to fix it. Left roofing material behind my garage after several conversations to move it. In March 2022, I had a piece of trim fall off one of my upstairs windows. I have been trying to get him to fix it ever since. June 10, he said his guys were coming to fix it and it still has not been fixed. The overall work is very messy. He was not around much to supervise his workers who were overheard saying they had never done this work before. I still am waiting for the trim to be repaired. Please find someone else. The communication is horrible.
