My father took my **** **** **** through this car wash at the beginning of April and the car wash ripped my roof mounted antenna cover off. He addressed the damage to the attendant immediately upon exiting the car wash and before pulling off. The attendant proceeded to tell him they would not cover the cost to fix or replace it. He contacted me about the damage and I told him I would reach out to the manager. We glued the cover onto the antenna as a temporary fix because it was supposed to rain the following day and I wanted to prevent any further damage to my vehicle. After calling and speaking to someone by the name of Heather, she instructed me to reach out to Gary who she said was the manager. I called and asked to speak to him but he wasn’t available so I addressed the issue with assistant manger Keisha. Keisha asked me to have my father bring the vehicle back so they could fill out an incident report which he did and she said they would email me. I never received any emails so I called back on May 3rd and spoke with Heather again who said she would have the district manager by the name of Brandy to call me. I waited for over a week and when I didn’t receive a call from Brandy I called in again. Brandy answered the phone and said they would NOT cover the repair because we “touched” the vehicle. I want to add the truck that went through the car wash behind my father was also damaged. I have attached an estimate to show proof of what it’s going to cost to fix the damage Five Star Car Wash caused.
