On September 4th I went to Four Seasons car wash as I have several times to get my car washed. During the wash toward the end of the wash I heard a loud bang. Upon pulling out of the building I investigated and found that my luggage rack was bent up and pulled the brackets up from the roof of the Yukon. Then I went inside to tell the worker he explained that I needed to fill out some info on a tablet, which I did, and he brought the tablet out and uploaded pictures to the file to be sent. It has been 22 days since the incident and no response has been given, even after several attempts to call with messages. One time a worker named ***** answered and told me he would call the boss and have someone contact me with at least some information. (that was on 9/21/23) I still have not heard anything from them and I don't know who else to contact. Thanks MarkInitial Complaint

4/20/2023, 2:29 pm, pulled up to the automatic car wash, put my money in, it said to wait until the car in front of me was done. There was no car in the wash. It would not give me a refund or let me into the wash. This happened last summer and I could not get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. Many many calls about touchless car wash refund. They do nothing and their voicemail is always full so you cannot leave a message. Their email isn't even valid. Poor customer service. This business does not seem to care about my legitimate complaint and need for refund. Literally the worst customer service and service recovery I have ever encountered. Have never in my life filed a BBB complaint but this one is well worthy of that complaint. Sad.Initial Complaint

02/04/2023 took my truck through the car wash and when we were about half way through the car wash me and my wife heard a strange sound on the driver's side of my truck so I asked her what was that and she said I don't know so after we finished our car wash we pulled out and went next door to the TSC store and I parked away from everyone else because I have only had my truck for a little over a month so I was real cautious about where I parked so I got out and walked inside the tsc store and was in there a few minutes so my wife stayed in the truck and when I was getting ready to get back in the truck I noticed a scratch on the back door of the driver's side of the vehicle so I immediately went next door where we had just washed the truck and told them that I received a scratch on my vehicle while going through there car wash so we waited for someone to show up and after he did we watched the replay of the camera's and you could tell that the scratch wasn't on the truck going in but the camera coming out of the car wash was distorted and not very clear so he argued that it didn't happen in the car wash and I told him that I look at that door daily and it did not have the scratch before we went through the car wash so he told me that the investigation was not over and had me to fill out a report and he said that he would contact me one way or the other but I haven't heard anything from anyone so I contacted the bbb so I can just get my truck repaired.
