I cancelled my membership with this company in September of 2022. I received a verification email on September 13, 2022 confirming the cancellation. The company has proceeded to not only cancel my membership but also withdraw the $18.53 fee monthly through 5/2023. I have been in contact with several membership coordinators and provided them with proof of payments taken after the confirmed cancellation starting December 2022 through May, 9, 2023. The last message I sent following up on my request was sent in January! I just think that it is terrible customer service to not have this issue resolved. I am demanding my money from them to no avail.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to cancel my membership with Skyzone for months now. I called the Springdale location here in Cincinnati oh back in June and spoke with a representative about cancelling and she advised that she would take care of it. In July no payment was deduct from my account so I thought that this was handled. Then in August they started back drafting payments. I have tried to contact the location and no response EVER, I have completed your cancellation form several times, completed the inquiry form on the website to have someone follow up and have even reached out to the corporate office with the recent one being 12/11 and the email states that it will take 1 to 2 business days to handle and here we are again in January and they have drafted another payment from my account. This is very frustrating and I’m really starting to believe that this is a huge scam. I’m asking for this membership to be cancelled. ***************** - member numberInitial Complaint

Sunday 02/20/21 I threw a birthday party for my son and purchased the deluxe packaged. Sky zone had check me in and I notice my name on the board while I was getting everything set up the same guy who checked me in…came back and asked me if my name was Kelsey or something I told him no it’s Jessica then he preceded to tell me I wasn’t on the list even though he check me in. He never came back to explain him self after that. During the whole event not one person check up on us and I notice no manager was around just kids running this place. They had me charge my card three times and nobody explain to me that I had to pay for adults and children to jump. It didn’t say it on the website it just say per jumper. Also i didn’t get any of the items that was with the packaged deal and there kitchen doesn’t work and has to order the pizza from laRosa‘s. I spend over $500 dollars so I tried to contact the manger at Sky zone Monday 02/21/22 the girl on the phone said he not there and won’t be all week. I asked her what was there a corporate a number I can call or the manager number. She gave me the manager number and said she didn’t know what the Corporate office number was. I called him for three day straight no answer left a voicemail all three times. I find the corporate number online and been calling them for 4 days and left 4 voicemail and left a email no one is responding. I’m calling during the hours they are open as well. I feel like something shady is going on with this company and it’s very frustrating that you call a corporate number all the way in California and everybody keeps going to voicemail.
