Hired lawnzilla lawn care to mow my front yard 4 weeks ago off a Google add. Not realizing it's a fake company not even a registered buisness. Ohio Attorney General has no buisness filling for them. They have a website and a Facebook and a Google page. Tax cheat scam paid in cash. Not insured not bonded. The first cut he hit my wifes bmw in the driveway and left a rubber skid mark on her bumper. Said nothing about it until I saw it and confronted. Lied about a discount next service to keep me. I paid 100$ The second cut was ok no discount i paid 100$. The third time was a disaster. The usual rushing as fast as possible and as a result he killed my lawn. Not only did he leave dig marks of mud all over where he was turning on the zero turn to sharp and ripping my grass up on his pivots. I have these divots from him all over. The worst part is he killed a 15 foot x 3 foot strip in the center of my lawn. His deck slammed down, due to his own carelessness and rushing. And mowed my grass into the dirt. Cut off an inch of tree root to my main tree. For 15 feet. Now 30-40% of it is dead. Didn't come back. I cant seed until fall because it's to hot to grow. So I'm stuck with a dead strip in my lawn until next year. I contacted him and gave him 5 days to bring me 200$ for seed, fertilizer, water and my labor. He ignored the message never responded. Today I messaged just to notify I've filled formal complaints. Magically now he responds. Im not into games or back and forth. I will attach all transcripts between us as well as pictures of my yard the day he cut and how it looks now 4 weeks later dead. I'm not comfortable working with this person and I don't want them on my property now. Money in an envelope in my mail box is how I wish to be reimbursed.
