On August 6th 2022, I ordered a custom Meyda Tiffany 156497 48inch long Elk at Lake Oblong Pendant lamp at a cost of $1404.02 and was sent a text message that it would take 35 days to construct. I approved that which was back in August 2022 as well. I have attempted to track my order #TLM4021677 and through my email address which the item was ordered through. I have sent several messages to the help department at the Lighting Marketplace and have called their help number several times only to receive a message to call back later. I need help in resolving this matter if possible.Initial Complaint

Bought a ceiling light from this online retailer, model Redding 3 light LED Semi-flush ceiling light manufactured by Kalco, paid online (receipt attached), and I haven't received a confirmation nor an update, and the item has not been shipped. I have called this company 12 times and every single time I get disconnected, no one answers the phone. I have sent an email request and also messages via their chat on their site and no one answers. I would like to either receive my money back asap or the product within the next couple of weeks. Order might be under Katia Mitchell or Katia Jensen (maiden name) as I recently got married.
