            Contracted to build a build inground pool, pool was built to dimensions that were over 1 ft. Shallower than contracted. Also was promised a standard concrete package but after contract was signed he refused to provide concrete or adjust costs. Pool took over 4 months to complete, completed in December and was winterized after completion. We were never shown a working pool so we refused to pay final payment until pool was opened in spring. Upon opening the pool in spring revealed a busted return line. Gave them every opportunity to repair and receive final payment, refused to do anything to rectify the problem. We went to Ohio AG to try and get mediation but T&M refused any proposals to rectify. Had to hire an attorney and try to get the proper things done to complete contract. T&M refused all and any methods to resolve but one year later filed a lawsuit against us for the final payment. To show the true nature of the company T&M provided the courts with an altered contract. The best part was that we had the original contract written in ink. I would highly advise to never use this company
