We had our furnace and A/C installed by Mershon heating and air in the beginning of 2020. We've had minor issues with the furnace but easily fixed it ourselves. Less than 2 weeks ago we called **** Mershon to look at our furnace since it wasn't working properly. We still have a warranty through them. He comes out on a Saturday starts working on it, goes up on the roof and comes down really angry and says there was an extra cap on the vent, that his people didn't do that. We agree, they didn't. No one has been up there. He says he'll come back Monday, never shows up and won't answer any calls or texts. We then have to wait over a week for another company. At this point the furnace isn't working at all. The new company says our furnace has a ton of sand in it and the only way for it to be there is if someone put it in there. So now we have pay another company $341.00 to fix our furnace that's still under warranty. We've tried to contact **** Mershon on numerous occasions and no contact has been made. He left us and our children with zero heat and the temperatures getting in the 20's. We had one space heater, borrowed another and bought another one to try and have some heat. Extremely disappointed with this company.Customer response

Hello, I had filed a complaint on Mershon heating and air. The owner has been trying to remedy the issue and going above and beyond to fix our furnace. I would like to remove the complaint if possible. They are doing their best to get it working. They have been staying in communication with us and trying multiple things to fix the issue.
