            I hit a deer and totaled my vehicle. This place was called from OSP I was not allowed to call my own people to have my car towed. The car is now sitting at their lot and they said they want more than what the car is worth and they wasn't willing to work with me to take it to the scrap yard. They wanted more than what the car was worth for me to do anything with. Scrap price wouldn't even be enough. They would not help me out with anything at all. The only thing they said if I don't come up with the money they can have my title in 60 days.

            As replied to your many 1-star Google reviews and Yelp reviews, Ohio State Patrol calls towing companies on a rotational basis this is something that is beyond our control. The fact that your insurance company would not cover your accident after you went back and forth with them for over 5 days, which is also out of our control, is the reason that your bill is what you considered high. Also, we did take charges off of your bill but the fact that you threatened our staff and called our dispatcher inappropriate names while you were demanding us to pay you for your title is the reason that there was no further negotiating with you about your vehicle. This is the same response you have received on every forum you have left us a negative review. This is a very unfortunate event that happened to you but as always have a great day and be safe.
