On March 12, 2024 **** ******* from Productive Tree and Mulch put a business card in our door. My wife contacted them on this same day and he came and gave us an estimate of $1,800 to remove a large tree in our back yard. The agreement was they would be done in two days, they would haul away all of the wood, and clean up our back yard of the debris. He stated they would start that day and be completely done the next and his exact words were "you'll never know we were here when we are done." They started work a couple of hours later which by now was about 2pm. When I got home around 4pm my entire back yard was covered in huge tree limbs, large branches and sticks. They dropped a huge branch on my chain link fence bending the top rail causing damage. When I got home and saw the back yard and damage to my fence, **** assured me it would be cleaned up before they left and the fence would be fixed. At 4:45pm they were packing up to leave. My wife asked about the yard and ****** reply was "Do you see what time it is?" The next day was beautiful and they didn't show up at all. I called and spoke with the owner who told me that one of the crew had legal issues and he gave them all the day off. He guaranteed they would be there the next day. My wife and I both expressed concerns because the next day was supposed to rain heavily all day. Joel, the owner, said it didn't matter, they worked in everything but lighting. The next day, in a downpour they showed up. The brought a ditch witch into our yard to remove the stumps and tore our side yard, our neighbors yard and back yard up. They even ripped the fence post out of the ground. When they left that night **** asked if they could get paid but I refused because the job wansn't done. They came back one other time to get their ditch witch and trailer and left our yard destroyed and a huge pile of wood in our driveway. We had to hire another company to remove the wood and re-landscape our yard.

I Hired Productive Tree & Mulch 4-28-22. To do lawn clean up, mulch the beds, edging & weed out the garden. They only put some mulch down & weeded a bit. There were branches down in the backyard, he said it would all be cleaned up per *****. They did not clean up at all. They did not do what they promised to do. They did not come back and were only here the one time. When they left that day they left their trailer here, so I thought that meant they were coming back. It was here from a Thurs to a Tues. When they did come ***** talked to me & told me they would be back in a little while & never returned. They cut down a tree on my neighbors property, I had not asked them too. So far my neighbor has not complained. They kept talking about cutting trees down pine trees & wanted another $700 to do that. No they did not do the pine trees & I did not pay the extra. they also asked to be paid in cash.
