I called this company because my toilet wouldnt flush. The employees that arrived told me, when I pointedly asked, that the cost would be between $1,500 to $2,000. I received the attached bill for nearly $7,000! This was a GROSS, reckless, and I feel purposeful misleading of a quote by their representative. I feel as though I am being taken advantage of because of my age. I've worked labor my entire life and watching these people work, what they claim and billed for, surely does not add up to their bill of $6,854.30. They stood around and talked A LOT. (I have exterior cameras that record, too.) I was billed the same amount for "John" digging and his helper "Matt." Both dug the same hole. I feel mislead and taken advantage of. I could have rented equipment cheaper than this bill and had my son help me. I only agreed to the work because of the quote told to me. I would have never agreed to this price. There are scores of online reviews claiming this company took advantage of them and ripped them off. I plan on filing complaint with the **** ******** ********* ****** as well related to fraud on seniors. I may reach out to the online reviewers to compile information as well. Additionally, I want to see their receipts of the products purchased and what they later charged me. An online review claimed the person was charged several hundred dollars for a $50 part. I also want to see the employee work/time logs to see that the correspond with their presence on my cameras as well as billed hours for actually working as opposed to standing and talking.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
