Ordered plants which were in Stock and it took them 9 months to ship and then several plants were not available and instead of refunding me the money they issued a in shop credit. i requested a refund and still have not received a response. I want a refund please advise Glasshouse Works internet orders have to be refunded if you cant supply what is ordered . Thanks ***** last response from Glasshouse Works was 8/29/2022 with a credit slip ( in Store Credit of 43.00)Business response

Hello, We have zero history of any communication from this customer in regards to wanting a refund instead of a credit slip. I have searched both inboxes in regard to the first and last name as well as the order ID # listed attached to the name in our system. The credit slip for a future purchase is standard practice and is stated on our ordering details and shipping policies page. We need the customer to contact us directly so we can straighten the issue out as we will need information about the order and what was not shipped as well as some customer information. Refunds are typically not an issue if they're wanted in place of a credit slip- I just need some follow up information from the customer.

Order ID: ****** Date Ordered: 07/13/2021 I orders five plants from Glasshouse Works. I was told it would take up to 3 months to get cuttings rooted out. I received my order on 10/8/21. All of the plants showed signs of wilt and none of the packing newspaper had any humidity. The Evansiana pot did not have any plant growing. There were two stems laying flat on the soil. The soil was powdery and dry. I emptied the pot looking for roots that might be dormant and found nothing but dry dirt. The Cathedral plant had two leaves and was surrounded by sphagnum moss. You normally use this material for rooting out cuttings. I emailed the company and asked for a refund for the Evansiana plant. I watered all the plants, let them drain, and they are getting better. I have them in a terrarium with adequate humidity for begonias. A week later the Cathedral plant's leaves were laying flat on the pot and looking bad. I removed the moss and found that the bottom stem had a few hair roots but the base of the cutting was rotting. I replaced the moss and emailed the company about the problem and asked for a refund. With only hair roots there is no way the Cathedral cutting had been rooted out for more than a few days before sending the order to me, no where close to even one month much less the three months I have been waiting. It was a last minute process before mailing. The two leaves that were on this plant are gone completely. I have emailed the company twice without any response. They seem to overly use Corona for a reason for not responding. I have asked for a refund of $4.00 and $18.00 for the Evansiana and Cathedral plants. I have ordered from this company more than four times and this is nothing like the good experiences I have had in the past. I have loaded pictures of the pots today. I would be glad to sent you the emails I sent Glasshouse with pictures I sent them when the plants first arrived. I can't load them up on this site for some reason.
