I paid the full amount for an upper partial. I was told several times that I was paid in full. I went for several fittings, then when it was time to get my final partial, they decided they had made a "mistake" and I owed an additional $980.00. They refused to make the partial I had paid for.Business response

I am making a complaint about Aspen Dental. They charged me for work that they had not done yet and they overcharge ppl. They have you sign up for a finance company called Dental first. They billed my insurance and also billed me over $1000.00. They made it look like I wouldn't have to use the Dental first acct because my insurance paid for most of. Then I received a ****. They are a scam.Business response

The response of Aspen dental have absolutely nothing to do with my complaint. I am writing to complain about the Aspen dental overcharging and stating that I would be financed for a lower payment but charged me way more. They led me to believe that I would be making payments toward a ****** or ****** dollar dental ****. The **** end up being over a thousand dollars. This was very misleading.Business response
