Inadequate communication: I have experienced repeated difficulties in establishing clear and open lines of communication with Mr. *****. There have been significant delays in receiving timely updates and responses to my inquiries, which have caused immense, frustration and anxiety. 2.) Lack of due diligence: from the beginning of this case, Mr. ***** provided inaccurate information, stating that I did not need to bring any documentation to court hearings. However, I later discover the importance of presenting documentation through my own research and as a result, I found myself unprepared and having to represent myself. 3. Insufficient legal advice: I have sought legal guidance from Mr. ***** on numerous occasions, only to receive vague or inadequate responses. Rather than addressing my concerns directly, he consistently refers to following the case plan despite the fact that I have done so diligently. This approach fails to consider the deceptive information presented by Children Services and does not adequately advocate for me as a client. 4. PREJUDICIAL REMARKS AND BIAS: During interactions with Mr. *****, I have been subjected to prejudicial remarks that have significantly eroded my confidence in his ability to represent my interests. It is essential for the Attorney client relationship to be built on trust and fair representation, and I feel those principles have been compromised. I hope no civilian has to go through what I experienced from this attorney.
