DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. He is a complete scammer. I have a police report made against him right now. The police officer stated it was theft, and they are calling him into the station as I type this. He has over $18,000 of my money and will not pick up his phone or answer texts. He told me no refunds, but he did 0 work and has no plans to do any of the work. When he did arrive one of the days, he just stood in my house with no tools or supplies. He got very hostile and was trying to make 1 of my workers hit him. It's almost like he wanted someone to hit him so he could sue us. This man is an outright criminal. DO NOT USE HIM. He is the biggest scammer on the whole internet. It also lists his wife as an owner according to the BBB records. I contacted her and she said she is calling the police on me for harassment all because I am trying to get my money back from them. They are both scammers. This is just crazy there are people out there like this!

******************* is the scammer. I went to his home was there for over 2 hrs giving him an estimate and talking about different things. Ask him to see all his camera videos. I had to reschedule because materials wasn’t in for his job. And also in this time frame my mom had passed away and asked him if it would be ok to start job on Monday instead of Friday because it was her birthday and wanted to go spend the day with my dad because he wasn’t doing good. I got a text back that he wanted his money back but it don’t work like that. We worked things out because of his brother and was back on for Monday. Then he wanted me to sign documents that stated we couldn’t sue him if at all we got hurt on his property. Also wanted me to sign that Floord up took all responsibility for the tile when we didn’t purchase that nor did we deliver it. That’s on the homeowner. Then got a guy that he said was a master tile setter that set all his other tile wrong why grout is cracking and tiles are cracking. He never brought any of this up prior to getting a check from him for the materials. All he did was wasted my companies time and playing games like a 12 year old kid. Thinks because he has money he can treat people however he wants. Has been harassing and threatening me and my wife. Saying he will have people at our house to collect and a bunch more stuff. I have all his texts of all hours of day and night. I just don’t answer him because all he has done is threaten me and my family.

Hello ****, what you are saying is a complete lie and it's documented. The police report is made with the Jackson Township Police department and is open to the public to call and check Case # ******** made through ****** ****** who is an officer there. It's now been assigned to a detective and is at the local prosecutor's office who I speak with today. It's called Theft by deception. Look it up, when you either 1. When you collect money and don't show up to finish what you said you would on the contract or 2. You start a job and don't finish it, but keep the money that is theft by deception in the state of Ohio. My attorney stated that you didn't even make it to the 2nd one. Anything over $7500 in the state of Ohio is considered a 4th-degree felony. I am pressing charges based on Theft By deception. Lie 1 above. Additionally, you stated your mother passed away before you even came out to my home to give me a proposal. That is the 1st lie you told above. I have it in text as proof. I will make sure to document that like I did everything else with the police as lies. I have 9 full pages that have been documented with 2 hours of videos as proof already with the police and my attorney. Lie 2 Above. how am I a scammer when you have 18k of my money and have completed 0 of the tasks on the contract you made. I have texted you over 40 times and have made attempts of calling and reaching out to your wife. Lie 3. As documented with the police report above and that is in the 9 page report, you called off several times and went on vacation in between. You had days upon days of prep work, before you could have even used any of the items that you claimed were not in stock to do. There is prep of the floors, there is prep of the kitchen floor removal which would have taken days to remove, there is leveling, there is hardibacker removal in a room, etc, etc. There is possibly a whole weeks worth of prep work, before you could have even used 1 piece of material, yet you still continued to call off over and over. You continued to tell me you would come out, but never showed up. Again all were documented with specific dates and proof of texts and recorded calls with the police. It's 100% documented if anyone public wants to call and check on that police report. You will see that he is lying. Lie 4. I did text him I wanted my money back, but only when he called off 6 total times. So I guess this one is a partial lie. Again documented with the police report with proof of texts and recorded phone calls. Lie 5. **** showed up at my house a day to tell me he couldn't get the products. I let **** know that I was able to get them and that he could repay me. I even offered to pay extra on the phone when talking to him since he said he couldn't get them at all. Lowes had them in stock, and so did home depot. I also called a flooring company in Medina, and they stated they had them as well. Additionally, we called the place that he stated he was getting his products at and they stated no such order was ever put in. On video, he admitted no one put the order in until the 11th which was almost 2 and a half weeks after he collected my money, yet he told me he put them in the next day and kept telling me that they would be there on the 29th then the 2nd, then the 8th, etc, etc, etc. More lies upon lies. Again documented with proof and given to the police on a sheet that is public with proof. Lie 6. I didn't just ask **** to sign a waiver. I asked his whole team to sign a waiver. After **** came to my house to just use my bathroom and then leave within 10 minutes, I noticed as well as 3 others noticed that ****'s pupils in his eyes were almost nonexistence and he had odd behavior. After all who drives 30 minutes out to someone's house just to use the bathroom and tell them they couldn't work that day. This is documented with proof and video as well. I had asked **** to sign this due to suspected drug use. After showing this to the police they too suspected possible drug use and agreed with me. Yet again proof of the officer agreeing with me is on video. Lie 7: The man hired to look over the job was a foreman as I stated and told him. **** even asked the man if he set the title previously in my home and he said no. This is also on video. The man was there to make sure the job was done right after **** got very hostile and said loudly at me on the phone stating over and over "YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE MESSING WITH". This is also recorded. Lie 8. **** above lies again. He says I was going to have people at his house. This is very vague. I told him and have it in proof of text that I was going to turn him into a collection agency and hire a mobile collection agency to meet him in person to collect the $18k money he owes me. Yet again another lie, he's trying hard though to twist everything that happened in his favor somehow, yet none of this is the truth. Lie 9. His wife is listed as an owner on BBB and I have picture proof if he somehow got it taken down as I state this, but my guess is he couldn't get it taken down publicly yet. Regardless, the BBB knows what was listed. Call them. Since I am being scammed for $18k, I did reach out to the other owner as I should. I ask her where my money was at and told her I was going to let the police know as well. I was told my my attorney and by the police who is documented to reach out to both him and his wife to try to work something out at all costs, before court. Lie 10: He makes it sound like I physically threated him or something. I threatened to sue him and I also reached out to others around them including employees to let them know that him and his wife are scamming me for money. They currently owe me $18,000 and some change. I requested that **** takes back a few hundred dollars worth of supplies that he dropped off at my house to make it look like he was doing something, but hasn't picked it up. I am asking for a complete refund. The contract us null and void according to law and my attorney. His contract was for a small job that's $5000 or less, but since the total contract was for $32,000 dollars total **** needed a construction contract and was supposed to give me verbal cancelation notices, his insurance, a completion date, and so much more than never happened. I was also supposed to get a copy of the contract, I was supposed to get receipts of supplies purchased, but nothing ever happened. I never received anything at all. I want to add that **** has done this to multiple other people. You can go to Google type in Floor'd up and look at his reviews. He currently has a 2.3 star with negative reviews dating back as far as 4 years. He also stole other people's money. I was able to get in touch with 1 of them to add to my court case and she states she never did get her money back. He took 50% upfront of the money from her as well and never did any of the work. She asked for a refund, but never got it. One of his reviews which you can check 4 years ago says "Avoid this company like the plague" another one sys **** stated in a text "**** stated in a text (I still have one my phone) that we would have to wait or he would refund our deposit $1155.50. We notified him in writing that we could not wait and to refund our deposit. We still have not received our deposit back! Do not trust these people! Link to go see it all is here ************************************* Update: I hired another contractor to come in, the contractor was able to get the same products that he said he couldn't get in just 1 day. Yes you read that correct. I have proof as well. The contract is what do you know working on the projects it took **** over 3 and a half weeks to not get started until he decided to stop answering his texts or phone calls. ****: I am publicly asking for a refund. I want you to come pickup all of the products and return them. Additionally, since you didn't complete even 1 task on the contract which is void anyways according to the law, I am asking that you refund me for the work you didn't complete which is all of it. You haven't completed anything. You didn't even drop off 1/8th of the products to complete the job. There is documented proof and this has been added to the case number with the police and has video and picture proof as well for court purposes. I am asking you publicly to return the money. Call the police and ask them what is going to happen to you. They state that you broke the law, they state that the contract you made me sign is null and void in Ohio, they also state that when this goes to court which it's on its way you will instantly lose the case and have to pay my attorney fees as well as a state fee for deception which is $8500. It's a 4th-degree felony in Ohio and jail time up to 18 months. I am currently pressing charges and talking to the prosecutor today to push for two sentencing since the job is split up into many stages. I am trying to push for two 4th degree felony's and 36 months in prison. After the charges are concrete, I am not willing to settle or back out of this as a note. It's just a matter of time and even if you wanted to settle I would only do it in court. I think you have less than a week to refund the money before all of this happens. It's up to you. All of the lies you wrote above will be documented and added for court purposes as well.
