      GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I would buy a car from a crackhead before I go back to that dealership. I test drove 2 trucks and both were malfunctioning and filthy inside (smelled like a skunk lived and died in there) (residue left all over the center console) and out (they were both 2022's all dinged up and the one already had rust on it) even though I had an appointment for them. Also kelly blue book your trade in before because they will lowball you more than any other dealership. The disrespectful manager clearly didn't want the sale. I would recommend buying a bus pass before buying from there.

      Leased a 2020 Nissan Murano from Streetsboro of Nissan. We went into the dealer to purchase the car with our own pre-approved financing. They told us that we'd have to work directly with Nissan to purchase the car. We called Nissan and were told that in the State of Ohio, all end of lease purchases must occur at the dealership. Called them back as was told that since we are not using their financing, they will not work with us. Currently looking for another Nissan dealer who will work with us. We'll NEVER do business with Nissan of Streetsboro again!

      Saw 2016 Jeep listed on line asking price around 19,895. I live 3 and 1/2 hours away. after asking if they could do anything with the price as was told their prices are firm. So I had agreed to pay asking price. Completed pre qualification so I could go pick up tomorrow. Upon hearing the payment amount I thought it seemed high. They informed me that there was a 2,097 accessory fee added. Supposedly to help fix any dings or spills on seats if it were to happen happen. After telling them I don't want that added they informed I could drive three hours and negotiate maybe getting that accessory fee discounted. There was no mention on line of this added fee or on the jeep listing. Their site also mentions that they have no hidden fees or surprise's. Then what is that. Clearly a fraudulent listing and sneaky hidden unmentioned fee. Should have zero Stars. This should seriously be illegal. Thanks ****** *********

      Actually a one is too high for the snake in finance that lied straight to my face and now continues to refuse to return the $600 Road Hazard he tacked on to a loan that I didn't even want. (It was paid off within 5 days just as I told the salesman) but the "finance director" has gone from telling me a check was mailed the first week of May to dodging my calls all together now.It's been over 6 weeks now and I'm totally fed up with whoever is in charge at this dealership (if anybody). I can't imagine running a business where you provide product to your consumer then you shield yourself from these nasty circumstances while your staff parades around as if they aren't held responsible for a thing they say or do to a customer.

      I bought a car on 10/15/22. I drove the car home to pick up my deposit money and come back. On the way back I realized the car was shaking as I was stopping and could not turn left and right. When I returned I told my salesman ********* that there was a problem with the car. He asked what it was and I told him there was a problem turning left and right. I brought the car back and they had me in a loaner for 3 or 4 days because they could not figure out the problem. I asked for a new vehicle. They would not give me one. Keep in mind this is not even 48 hours after I purchased the car. They have me come back and they tell me I needed brakes. They replaced the brakes and I drove home. On the way home the check engine light comes on, the autostart light comes on, and the car is jerking around. I take the car back again and they tell me they could not help me. I asked again for another vehicle and they said because of the paperwork I signed, they could not give me another car. Now, this is a week after I purchased the car, no help or resolution.They give me another loaner and claim they were fixing the brakes and trying to fix the lights. Nothing was fixed. I had to return the car once again and they tell me this time I had a bent frame and they could not tell me why all these lights were on or why it was shaking. This was beginning to happen each week with no help. I have had the car for 5 months now, with no help. I have two warranties for my car but neither will cover it because they are saying the car has preexisting issues. This has been a nightmare. I am paying for rental cars, a car note, and a warranty for a car that does not work. I have sent in the paperwork and done everything that was asked of me and I have no resolution as of this date.

      Got a 2021 Nissan kicks from this car lot through beep and 6 months not having it still and got plates for it and after contacting attorney general they finally get ahol me wanting me pay **** bucks to get plates would not recommend this place to anyone poor business and have never seen a business like this in my life if I wanted get ******* I would have got a car off individual messed up place to deal with got ******* outta my trade in and all the money Iv payed on it so far and they expect me keep paying for something that cant even get legal just been a huge mistake since day one and a ripoff this place is

      I got a care from this dealership big mistake. I knew there was something fishy. After one day there was noise in the sun roof took it back they said they couldn't here anything. I continued hearing the noise when I took it back the second time they said the care didn't have warranty and I have to pay 700 out of pocket. I had not looked at the package they gave me made me sign things that they never explained and one of the copies was warranty worth 3, 250 and appearance protection that I had no clue about for *****. Before I bought the car upon assessment one of the light at the back right had a crack and frame on passengers side was rusted and when you drive you hear clicking. the sales person brought the manager and he said to me, "If I promise to fix this things will you buy the car," what I didn't know was I trusted this people so it's not in paper and no one believes me. All I want is my car fixed and this other extra things that I didn't ask for I need my money back
