I used Imperial Concrete and Sealing to redo my front steps . I was very satisfied with the pricing and the work was completed in a timely fashion and done neatly.Im very satisfied and would definitely use again.

I reached out to *** on a recommendation from a friend. We had an old inground pool that we filled, and the concrete around the pool was all unlevel and cracked. We had *** replace the concrete that was in front of our patio. We had it stamped and sealed. *** and his crew gave us a quote that was under all the other quotes we got.The team was always on time and respectful, and they did a good cleanup job when they were finished. They did such a beautiful job, and I am extremely happy with the decision to go with ***. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We wanted to update our backyard before our daughters graduation party. *** made it happen! Our new space looks unbelievable. They took extra care and left no messes. Our friends and family were very impressed with the work when they saw it at the party. Ill continue to recommend this company to everyone.

March 2023, had estimate done with ***. We wanted a 20x20 patio with concrete steps sealed, cut, brush finish, no stain. He also said that his equipment would fit through our gate and will not need to take the fence down. He gave us an option for rounded/square cut either way same price. We choose rounded steps and square patio. We were promised the project would be done by the end of April. *** kept delaying the project all month. He started on 4/29. This day he stated he forgot he needed to take the fence apart? Also he backed his HUGE Bobcat into the back side of our home hitting our brand-new sliding door on our new build home. He kept working without stopping. Tried to ignore what had just happened. When I showed him the damages, he said he has a fix it guy that will fix this. 2 weeks later he formed the steps told us he does not have the correct form for rounded option wanted extra $200 more if we wanted to steps complete round. The end project he gave us 1/2 rounded steps, stamped! & stain. I asked him why he did that and stated he can return sometime next year to fix the steps! The patio is not sealed when that was in the contract also. He had his fix it guy try to fix 3k sliding door & fence/gate damaged along with excessive lawn damage. The stairs are an eye sore looks old. I asked for basic work and got something completely different. He left everything a mess after stating he will take his pressure washer to my driveway. I am left with a broken door, broken fence/gate, very extensive lawn damage, concrete stuck on the street/driveway, concrete splatter on our hot tub, and stain on the house that won't come off. The concrete steps are the sloppiest mess I have ever seen. He added filler to areas that didn't form correctly. Now we have an open claim with our home insurance. Current investigation with the city. He never pulled for any permits or no contract to work in our city and finally going to small claims court. He treats his employees like trash.

Beautiful, artistic work!! Exactly what I was looking for but only better. They had such a great ideas and help me design the perfect patio. The communication was great and they cleaned up the job so well and were in and out in no time. I love my patio. I’m so happy I chose imperial concrete!
