I have used Smart Creationz Remodeling for several projects. What I liked most was their quick response. They do good work, show up on time, and are reasonable compared to other contractors. I always take the time to read reviews before hiring anyone. When looking at other reviews, Smart Creations seems consistent with my experience. All I know is that they respond quickly and do the job right! I would recommend them.

Jimmie remodeled my whole house, he put in all the flooring and did all the painting, he also repaired a wall in the basement, some plumbing and a lot of odds and ends. Everyone who enters my house says wow! Who did this flooring? Jimmie is very professional and his prices are affordable and the quality of all that he did deserves every single star and I would of gave him more if I were able. I will definitely be calling him for any future projects.

Jimmie has always dealt with his clients fairly and honorably. He recently helped a friend and has returned frequently to ensure satisfaction and complete extra tasks. Would use again.

We contacted ****** ******* of Smart Creationz Remodeling to finish our basement. He provided a quote which was very fair and responded promptly to our request. We hired him immediately and found him to be very responsive. He kept in touch with us daily to be sure we were satisfied with the way the job was progressing and was always available to return our calls and answer our questions. We installed a large bathroom with an oversized shower. Jimmie was extremely helpful in guiding us with the design. We used tile, granite and special lighting and effects and it turned out beautiful. The craftsmanship was amazing. We found the crew to be professional and very diligent workers. They went over and above to keep things running smoothly. It was an overall pleasure to work with Jimmie and his crew. We found them all to be great people and we trusted them to work in the house when we weren't home. It is unusual to find a person of Jimmies caliber in the construction world today. The basement is so amazing, we have had several of our friends see it and they were so impressed they are going to contact him to do work for them. I even had delivery people comment on the workmanship. We have never been so satisfied with any remodeling projects we have had done in the past. We have several future projects to be completed in our home and we will definitely be using Jimmie . It is without hesitation we give Jimmie of Smart Creationz Remodeling our highest recommendation. I hired Smart Creationz (Jimmie *******, owner) to complete a living room and hallway project initially started by another contractor. There are many companies promising results to only give the bare minimum in order to “get paid.” Smart Creationz is not that company. Once they took over the project, I saw professional results immediately. The crews were respectful, showed up on time and ensured no debris was left on property. The finished results look amazing! Jimmy and his crew renovated my Condo completely. Then disaster struck 5 months later underground water sewage pipes from 1973 totally disintegrated. Destroyed my renovation and a neighbor. Total disregard by my HOA property management and board members toward residents not to mention Insurance people. Jimmy stepped in fixed the emergency even with head butting with the city building dept that gave him grief because he didn't have a permit when this all happened during a holiday weekend. Yikes what idiot's. Anyway along come smart creationz gets it all under control. Puts out 50K out of his pocket gets it all fixed even though these people say they will get square with him as they directed him to help. Puts my place back in order and continues to fight with all these above mentioned num skulls to this date to get paid. Couldn't ask for a better company and group of guys and gal's that work him. Hands down he's my go to guy need inspiration he's your guy to.
