      Ordered a 10Falcon Motion Sensor, our technician could not get it to program correctly. Called the office number and explained my situation. I was informed a help ticket would be started and I would hear back shortly. Soon thereafter I was contacted by Mark ********** customer care account manager. He only said BEA has a start of the art tech number, provided the phone number, and told me to call them I called them and explained the situation, for two weeks we attempted to get this sensor to work properly. Finally it was determined by the manufacturer that we had a faulty sensor and would need to inform the seller of the situation to get a replacement. I reached back out to Mark from NSCD and explained what Shawn had told me from the manufacture help desk. Mark responded "I would ask Shawn to take care of your needs." This has been the worst and most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. There will not back their products and they will not attempt to offer a solution. I would hope Matthew ********** who was president before they merged, who claims to back their products and care about the people, sees this and does a better job of training and customer relation in the future. Do not support them, there are other places and more helpful people to get the parts you need. And that goes for Action Industries who now owns them. Thank you.

      I do NOT recommend NSCD! I ordered an in stock item, that was needed urgently for an onsite project, that was never shipped. I tried to contact them via their phone number, the 'Contact Us' feature AND the messaging option directly associated with my order. I inquired to get status updates and to understand why a shipping label was created on Monday but never showed as anything other than 'label created'. I received a "Thank you for your order" claiming my order had been received - again, it was NEVER received. Then, I received a "rate us" email and when I clicked the link for "Bad-I'm Unsatisfied", just one business day after being received, the "survey" had been closed out and my rating was unable to be logged. I also received a second "Thank you for your order" as if another order was placed the Friday after the original order. I'm waiting to see if my company card was charged twice for a part that has never been received. This company is a complete SCAM - do NOT order from them!!

      I would like a complete refund back to the card this item was purchased on. The part was NEVER shipped or received.

      I do not...NOT...recommend this company! They don't follow through on their promises and are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. ZERO customer service. They don't respond the phone calls, ignore email messages, and pay no attention to mailed letters. This has gone on for months. I've given up.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They do not inform you before ordering that the available items are not in fact available and will take 4-5 weeks for your order. They sent an email with a coupon for $5 off and then said it was a typo and should be 5%. That was less than $5 on my order and they refused to honor the false advertising that they sent to me. I paid extra for expedited shipping and was told that the factory who made my item chooses who they ship through so more lost money that they refuse to refund. The chat button gave me wrong info and NO ONE answers the phone at customer service so I couldn't even ensure I was buying the right part. I am very disappointed in this transaction and will never use this company again nor will I recommend anyone to use them. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

      Horrible business and very rude and disrespectful customer service. Limited information on website made me order part that was not a universal fit as was implied when offering only one for my brand of garage door. No return or refund offered since policy stated item must be in original condition and they were fully aware that I had to cut the part to insert it. Trashy and rude business and representatives.

      Ordered parts from here. Received a delay notice on the batteries. Requested them to send the other items before the battery come back in stock. Got confirmation that they will do that for me so I can install it for my customer in a timely manner. Over a week, no response or shipment. Check with them again, they stated they did not ship anything out. I told them to cancel the order since I will be sourcing the parts elsewhere. No response. I sent them a request every day... Over 3 days! Then today they responded saying they cannot cancel since it is shipping out today and if I want to I can ship it back at my own expense and they will charge restocking fee. I have already sourced the items I need from another supplier and it's already here within 2 days whereas this company took over 3 weeks and wouldn't cancel my order in a timely manner. Needless to say, I will not and recommend folks not to deal with this company. Horrible customer service and response time.

      Buyer beware. North Shore Commercial Door lists Wayne Dalton Bead End Garage Door Bottom Vinyl Weather Seal (Code: V4564-BL-W) as a proper replacement for Wayne Dalton doors. It is not and the listing is deceptive. Item has a "P" shaped end bead and slips out of older generation Wayne Dalton tracks. Prior to ordering, I sent pictures of the original bead to their "customer care" department to make sure it was the right item. They said it was. Waisted $10 in shipping. Customer service was not very accommodating. Wish I had looked at these reviews before doing business with this company.
