DO NOT bother even listening to a second of them trying to sell you anything, especially an extended warranty. Even when you ask like we did at least 10 separate times if the warranty would in fact go the duration of the loan like we were told and paid over $2k additional on top of our loan amount for the coverage because the guy swore up and down so many times in our eyes. We’re now in a situation where we WOULD be covered under the warranty (This dealership even confirmed this repair would be covered under this warranty too HA, how funny) we PURCHASED and were told and have a $5k+ Power train repair to make but the warranty company told us “Nope, that warranty expired….8 MONTHS after our initial certified pre-owned. Please tell me why ANYONE would pay over $2k for 8 months of coverage? You all know what you did and continue to do to people. To take complete advantage of people and lie to their face in order to get a few more thousand out of people is a DISGUSTING business tactic and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Then for the finance girl to tell my husband “Guess you should just trade it in”. Okay, great business suggestion yet again. Maybe instead you should offer to make it right because according to the plan I had bought, I wouldn’t be out money and this warranty would actually be valid and cover the repairs I need but you instead told us to kick rocks because the guy we bought it from is no longer there and offered no solution. 0/10 do not recommend this dealership nor trusting anyone when they say you’ll be covered after a GMC warranty. Save your money or you’ll be like me.
