I went to the business for a couples massage with my boyfriend at 7 pm on February 19 2022. Upon arrival they brought us into a room with two beds and sheets with medical linings. Based off of no covers- I figured we would be getting massages with clothes on. The lady then comes in and asks us to take our clothes off several times. I asked for some type of sheet, etc. and she wanted me to use a very small towel, so I declined. Then she gave me attitude and demanded I paid for the service prior to receiving it. I was hesitant because I’ve never had to do that. She kept saying over and over pay now, pay now. So I handed her my credit card. Then she proceeded to ask me to take my pants off several times. EXTREMELY STRANGE. I told my boyfriend I didn’t want to get the massage so he went to tell them but they already rang us out. I told her I wanted refunded and she said someone would be in shortly for my massage and she would just start on my Boyfriend. After waiting 20 minutes someone finally came in for me and then they asked if it was okay to do just a half hour on me and have my boyfriend do 60 minutes. I already paid and was super unhappy. All they Offered was $20 back and then demanded a tip, which I did not give. I felt that they may have cameras in the room considering how demanding they were to take my clothes off. And then treated me bad after I said no. I just wanted to be refunded for horrible service and honestly was scared that they demanded to take my pants/clothes off more than 5 times.
