I entered into a verbal agreement to have my wife and I 2020 taxes prepared. I stopped by a couple of times in April / early May, to check to see if the tax documents were complete, as I could not get an answer at the phone number that is on the outside of the building. I have made countless attempts with both going to the business and making phone calls to the business, to complete the transaction, as I have not paid anything, nor do I know the status of our 2020 taxes. I have asked several questions in writing as my wife and I moved for the first time in 29 years at the end of 2020, so a lot of changes have occurred for us. I received one phone message at my work office phone, with an apology that she missed me when I left my business card, but I have have not heard anything since, and there was no offer of day, time, etc. to meet me to complete the transaction. I hate to use this service but my frustration has built to a point, that I simply do not know what else to do to contact this business. I have left my business card with two phone numbers, tried to fax a request to meet document, and it failed, sent another email as recently as last week, and again, the phone automatically goes to a message, and the mail box to leave messages is full. I simply want to retrieve my property, in the form of my tax documents, pay for the service, and verify that my wife and I are not delinquent with our 2020 tax filing. My wife and I are scheduled soon to see an attorney to update our wills, and to seek financial planning assistance, so after 6 months, I feel that I have been patient, as this calendar year is closing fast, and it will be time to gather documents for the 2021 tax season. I apologize in advance that I feel that this is my last resort to complete this transaction, but otherwise, I can only guess when I may hear from this business. Thank you
