New cement driveway installed 6/22/2020. On 1/12/2022 called the business regarding a 8 inch hole in the concrete driveway. No follow up even though a call back informed be a week. Called and texted 6 more times on 4/21/2,5/17/22,6/28/22,7/8/22,7/13/22 and 8/9/22. All calls inform someone will address. At this point 8/18/22 I have not received any follow up. The hole is getting worse deeper and wider. I’ve sent photos also.Business response

Good Morning,
My name is ****** and I am the manager currently at KDM Group LLC. Our President, **** ********* is out until November 2022. I have received the complaint from BBB regarding work done for ***** ******. Our previous field manager, who informed me he was going to meet with ***** and take care of this situation, quit on 7/25/2022. Our new field manager has been made aware of the hole in the driveway and will be addressing this issue with ***** either today or early next week. Like many others, we have been extremely busy with commercial contracts that we are trying to finish up, all while being very short handed with men to work. We are a small local business doing our best to fulfill the needs of our past and current customers. I will be sure to keep in contact daily with our field manager regarding the work done June 22, 2020 at ***** ******s home in that he addresses the hole in the driveway promptly.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted this business for 9 months and have been given the same excuse. I’ve waited another month and still no response on visiting the site of the hole in my concrete to address. I will be writing a poor review on social media and contacting my attorney if this is not addressed in the next 30 days.
