Our home experienced a mixture of hail and tree fall damage and ******************* with **** Builders did a great job of getting us back in order. New roof, and new siding for our whole property as well as some new railing and porch. ***** was super available and communicated well and always kept us informed of timelines and expectations. I am a Real Estate Agent in the Toledo area and had a question about a home I am selling, more specifically the roof. I called Kevin Webb, with David R. Webb Builder and explained what I was dealing with. Before I knew it Kevin and his job foreman was on their way to meet me at my sellers house to look at the roof. As soon as he arrived and got a look at the roof, he began to explain how important the proper installation of a roof is, what shortens the life of a roof, and what to look for. I could tell immediately his expertise and depth of knowledge was exactly what I needed to help my sellers with their issue. They took charge of the project and various contractors and took the worry away from us. They constantly kept us informed of who was going to be at our home each day. A new kitchen can be terrifying and exciting all at the same time. Kevin Webb and staff were willing to stop and explain every step of the process. I was always informed and given many options to make our dream kitchen a reality. They were professional, on time and cleaned up too.
