We signed my daughter up for driving classes in late December with All Star. My daughter completed the classes in early April. Once classes were completed, we tried to sign up for driving times the online system would not let us. I called to ask why. When I inquired about this, I had trouble getting a hold of somebody I realize that the call was forwarded to Ann Arbor, Michigan as there is nobody in the Sylvania office when I finally went and got a hold of somebody I was told that you may only sign up at the start of each month for one day I was told I had missed cut off by three days and I had to wait until May 1. We waited for a month and went to sign up on the morning of May 1. When we went to try to sign up, we were not able to and there was no slots available. I called the office in Ann Arbor again and was told that there was a glitch and I had locked us out accidentally because we had previously tried to sign up. We were able to sign up for two drive times told that there is no other available times with the instructor. The times that were available are two months away so we signed up for two slots of drive times in June. I asked Why I could not have a different instructor to fulfill our drive times and I was told we had to stay with the same instructor. We were never told that there was a two month wait for driving times we were never told that we had to use the same instructor. Nowhere on the website does it say anything along these lines. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that we would get back to me in 3 to 4 business days as of today no one has contacted me.
