We hired Winthrop Place to completely tear our bathroom down to the studs and rework plumbing and electrical with a new layout. They did an amazing job on the bathroom. The workers that came into my house were very professional and I felt very comfortable with them working in my home while I was at work. Michael and his crew were great! Michael and his crew did a fantastic job on our master bath remodel and basement partial finishing including a bathroom. Their professional demeanor and quality workmanship were surpassed only by their friendliness and ease to work with throughout the entire project. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and will call them for any new projects.Review from Ian G

The end product is acceptable, but there were numerous contractor delays due to not ordering the right hardware for the custom door they made, forgetting to order flooring. 10 day project turned into ~25 days Had to fight to get installed drywall boards even along the top of an open ceiling. Poor communication, still have not received final adjusted invoice. For the price, I will stick with A+ Home Improvement LLC. Similar price but none of these issuesReview from Janee B.

We hired Winthrop Place to complete an addition off our bedroom. We were very pleased with the result. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Winthrop Place workmen did an excellent job on my project. It was quality work, they took their time and completed it within a reasonable amount of time. The price was actually lower than I thought it would be. I was very satisfied all around.Review from Jackie D

Worst experience. Thought I was safe with a BBB business. A lot of miscommunication. The owner told me multiple times that he doesn't do "feng shui" and it is up to me to pick what I want. I was not given a choice of flooring although I was told I would be shown a sample. When I was given a choice of getting a smaller shower insert or doing a tile shower, I would have preferred the tile shower. BUT, I expected to get a quote BEFORE making a final decision. When I was told it would be an ADDITIONAL $6,900, I stated I could not afford that. The owner, Mike Holden, replied "I already bought the tile!". Odd that I didn't pick out the tile and when shown the tile, it didn't match the other tile and flooring. I ended up having a portion of my wall moved to accommodate the full size shower insert for a much cheaper price. The work was sub par for what I paid, they took forever to complete the job since they didn't show up a few days and when they did, they were not here long. I was happy to get them out of my house although they failed to properly install the flooring (it shows in the bedroom!) and medicine cabinet , chipped the vanity top and left a huge dusty mess.
