Retailers triple charged the cost of overnight guaranteed shipment. When package arrived late, refused to acknowledge stating a grace period and no refund guarantee. When tracked with carrier, was late and refunded to business without my knowledge. Mail vault became rude, threatening, vulgar, and irate when asked for *** **** refund. Stopped check payment and used police escort to return to,collect documentation for possible small claims case.Business response

SHE HAS CALL ME & MY ATTNY. SHE HAS NO CLAIM TO ANY REFUND. WHY NOT YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOU TAKE TO WRITING LETTERS ************ Business Response /* (1000, 24, 2021/10/06) */ The company told BBB that the item was delivered within the allotted 90 minute window, according to UPS regulations. They will not be issuing a refund.
