    To whomever it may concern, My name is ****** ******* and am a member at the Midwest located at the sylvania, Ohio address. On March 18, 2023 I arrived at the facility at 7:30am to hopefully secure the first spot in line which I did! Super excited I held my spot in line for an hour and thirty minutes threw the snowy cold after enduring a 12hr night shift of my own just to make it through the doors at 9am WHEN FINALLY LET IN by an employee to see that one of the employees had already taken down the mp5 I was first in line for and started selling it to someone else. When asked why the other customer was able to make a purchase before 9am the manager ,********, stated he had been let in before 9am and walked over from a training class which was very unprofessional given the email and the employee I talked to stated it was first come first serve and the doors open at 9am. The said customer did not wait in line like everybody else and therefore should have been ineligible to participate in the sale. I have emailed someone supposedly higher up than the manager but have gotten no response in a week.

    Be aware of the bait & switch techniques used by their employees. When shopping for ammunition in their store, the floor representative informed me that it was cheaper to purchase their ammunition that day with their 15% discount promotion going on than it was to purchase ammunition online. After taking the floor representatives word for it, I purchased (2) cases of their ammunition. That evening I went home and looked online at a competitors website and it was much cheaper to purchase the same exact ammunition online than it was in their store with their 15% discount promotion which there was a $300 dollar difference!!!I went back the following day to speak to a store manager about the situation and was informed by an assistant manager ******* that what the floor associate had told me was absolutely true but knowing that there was a large discrepancy in pricing, she could only offer me a $50 gift card. I said no due to the $300 difference so she took all of my information, paid receipt and online documents in order to give to her district manager who would be in the store 2 days from now on Tuesday and that I would be contacted to resolve. Tuesday came & went along with Wednesday, Thursday and a 1/2 day on Friday with absolutely no response from the district manager so I decided to stop in once again and talk to another store manager named ******** who tried to tell me that the floor associate & assistant manager said buying in their store VS shopping online at their website verses was cheaper in which I informed her that their website never came out of the floor representative nor assistant managers mouth.Needless to say, the store manager ******** said there was nothing that she would do to resolve the situation and I told her that I would be in touch with the *************************** credit card company to resolveBrittany said the Better Business Bureau wont do anything about it but I told her that I disagree.This company is not honest! BE CAREFUL!
