My son has never missed a payment on his car from this place in 2 years and has had nothing but problems with from the minute he took it off the lot. **** warranty is nothing but a joke, and ********** are thieves. My son has tried to do a trade in with this vehicle at other more better dealerships and has been told by every single place that he is upside down in this vehicle. *** get card from junkyards, refurbishes them and sells them for $17,000 and the are only worth $2,000 if that. All people, who have posted reviews about ***, **** Warranty need to get together and sign a petition and submit it to the Ohio Attorney General to get an investigation done on their practices and get people compensated money for the money they have to keep shelling out for continuous repairs and also my son just got a great paying job with awesome benefits that is an hour and 9 minutes away and if he ends up having to quit his job because once again the vehicle from *** is broke down then they should also have to be responsible for compensating people when they loose a job do to ********** selling refurbished junkyard cars to people

I must say that I hate car shopping this was the best experience I've ever had in 33 years this is the best experience not 33 years. My salesman sales lady was Simply Fabulous the whole team was marvelous they work together it was smooth I have no complaints I would refer everyone I I know to them they were amazing they are amazing team and they're amazing humans they are just great people and they made the experience very easy I will go back they have a repeat customer in me and thank you again to each and every one of them!!! ***************************

Scam If I could rate them 0 I would I bought a car from there and only had the vehicle not even a week the car starts messing up I call the warranty people they talking about 3 days before I could get a loaner car ok coo I wait till my car get fixed which same day it was supposed to be fixed go back pick it up just to get the car the same day and its still doing the same thing it was before I even dropped my car off .said they fixed this & that ok cool go pick the car up still doing the same thing now Im at this point where Im getting ****** . **** or ** the supervisor at *** is full of **** **** warranty is full of **** ************* is full of **** nobody wants to do anything besides make me down grade in a vehicle that doesnt fit my need talking g about its 7000 dollars to get fixed well thats not on me that on y'all and at this point I'm going to take them to court because yall over there selling lemons and got me in one now all of sudden nothing is being done about it you call dbs and you speak to ** or whatever he dont return phone calls or anything they give you the run around but thats okay cause I know for a fact that when we go to court there going to lose its the simple fact that there not doing anything but giving me the run around !

Worst place to buy a car they sold me a suv with a bad engine and no one was trying to help me, manger is very rude and whole lot of people have been inconvenienced there as well with the same situation as me. Theyve had several bad reviews within the past year this place needs to be shut down BIG SCAM and a waste of people time who desperately need a good working vehicle

Buyers beware of this company all they want is your money all of there cars should be scrapped once you sign your name on the dotted line its over with All customers should get together and and get one attorney and file a class action lawsuit we are going to call channel 19 ther doors should be closed

I did my pre approval car loan online and uploaded my proof of income. Then get a call to come in and bring more income documentation so when I get there " we can head over to the financing department". Sounds good. Sounds like I'll have a car today. Not the case. I get there only to be told I didn't have enough income. I fall $400.00 below the requirment. My problem is they had all my information and ran a credit check which lowers credit scores before I got there. They knew ahead of my arrival I wouldn't have enough income but choose to have me find a ride that cost me just to be denied. But then suggested a way for me to commit fraud on my application by adding a boyfriend to the loan by saying he lived with me even though he really doesn't. The people at ABC Motor Credit are not good honest people. Do not do business with this company. None of the content in their mission statement pertaining to customer care is true. They don't deserve the one star rating I gave them. It's not a wonder why ** *** ***** has more positive reviews than ABC Motor Credit. They need shut down!!!

****** was great! She talked to us over the phone before coming In and once we got there she got ** approved for a car quick and easy! Everyone here is so friendly and nice. Definitely recommend coming in and seeing her!
