My Honda CRV 2011 car broke down on the highway 10/27/2022 last Thursday evening. Smoke came out of the vehicle and turned into an oil-like liquid all under.
I took the vehicle with the tow truck to the deputy's mechanic. They said the vehicle was ready on 10/31/2022, I took the vehicle and parked it in front of my house, which is 15 minutes away. I couldn't start the car after 15 minutes. An hour later it worked on its own. Then in the morning I dropped the kids off at school, it didn't work again.
Mechanic from deputy's inspected the car and said it was okay. I came home from 2 miles away and parked the car and after 10 minutes it didn't start again. The car looked like it was overheating. The engine is not cooling. It's kind of like it works again when it cools down. The radiator pipe had come off and there was no water left in it. I connected the pipe and added water. At this time, heavy smoke started to come out of the exhaust. the vehicle is no longer running. We cannot use the tool.
Actually, the car didn't have a problem, shouldn't the mechanic look at the water or the engine and know that the pipe is out when going to the repair? I am complaining about the change in the process applied to the vehicle, but the vehicle's antifreeze is empty, the vehicle's dehydrated and the engine of the vehicle is dehydrated, and I am complaining about the deputy's firm, as they inflicted material and moral damage on me and my family.
