      What a horrible bank! We got a car loan through them to establish credit for my son. We linked his outside bank account to make payments each month a week before due date. My son received a NO PAYMENT notice about 8 months later with a $49 late fee attached. When I called, they told me that when we set up automatic withdrawal (ACH) from his account that we never specified how long we wanted to make auto payments, so they stopped it and let it lapse for a month. Have you ever heard of such crap!? It's a scam to get fees. No wonder that they have an "F" rating. We did everything right to establish my son's credit and this bank sabotaged it for non-payment that THEY caused and a penalty on top. I truly hope they will be investigated for fraud and go out of business for fleecing people.

      The payments were setup on the online system that the customer did. Unfortunately, when they put in the end date for ***** 2024. With the last payment being setup for ***** the May payment was never taken out. But to fix the issue we waived the and no negative reporting was conducted for their credit.

      I’ve left several messages, no return calls and have been hung up on 3x’s! I can’t believe my dealer used this bank. Never again!!!

      They will not get back with me, our vehicle has been paid off for WEEKS and we have been calling in and they say they “mailed the title” but it’s no where to be found and are likely lying. They do not answer the phone during regular hours no matter the department I try… I’ve tried them all. I want answers and my title immediately. We need to keep poor business practices like this accountable!

      The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a loan company !!! Can’t wait to be done with this place. Although the people I talked with were very courteous ( if you can even get them to actually answer) they were not really able to answer my questions. SO FRUSTRATING !! My advice to anyone who is considering dealing with this bank is to move on and find a different banking institution. This place is the worst ever !!

      Never get a car loan with them. They have horrible communication and will charge you outrageous fees and raise your interest rate despite you making your loan payment on time every month for the correct amount. They won’t send you a title when you move states to get your car registered, so you are stuck driving a car that isn’t registered in your state because they lie saying they have sent the title when the dmv has no record of ever receiving it. Now I have to get a loan from family to pay off a car so I can sell it and Im sure I’m going to get the run around about getting the title once I pay it off. Getting a loan with this bank was the biggest financial mistake I have made in my life.

      Impossible to get a hold of people here. I’ve been trying to have a title mailed to my DMV to transfer a vehicle since I moved out of state. Every time they “transfer” me to bookkeeping, I get hung up on or sit and listen to the phone ring for 30 minutes. Then I get a letter saying my insurance doesn’t exist, and they’re tacking on thousands to my loan. If they’d pick up the phone anytime over the past 6 months of me calling they would’ve received my new insurance policy for the new state. Still haven’t been able to get in touch to remedy that after trying to submit it through their website. I’ve got proof of 6 formal title requests sent from the DMV, one from the sheriffs office. As well as proof of my insurance company trying to provide them with the needed information going back months. Horrible excuse for a bank.

      We process title transfers when received and we received yours on Nov 14, 2022 and processed. For the insurance we have a third party that handles this for us and if you received the letter from them you would of had up to 30 days to provide this insurance prior to anything being added to your loan. There is a listed phone number and email that your insurance company can send your declaration page to confirming the full coverage insurance with a $500.00 deductible for the time-frame in question and this can be reversed from the loan. We have CSR's answering the phone between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday on Wed and Sat it would be 8:30am - noon. We are closed on Sunday and all legal holidays but if a message was left we return those within 48 hours. If the state has not received the documentation then have them email us at [email protected] and we can take care of the transfer ASAP but we no longer have the original title because that was mailed on November 14, 2022 so they will have to advise on how they would like us to proceed with this.

      Just left the DMV after wasting another 2 hours of my time for them to tell me they never received the title from you all, I don’t know why I’m surprised. I got confirmation as well when I sent my updated proof of insurance, however the loan amount still shows $4000 more than it actually is. It’s also sad that the only way to get a response from you all is by leaving a BBB review, I guess that says everything.
