  The drywallers made a horrific mess while they were doing their work. I was told they would take better care than this. The actual drywall work is left unfinished. There are so many areas around outlets and light switches that still have holes. Areas that were not sanded flat. A big area in the ceiling with uneven mud. They completely left mud over the door jamb and I am left with clean up just to install the trim. There is a corner that is a solid corner for about 18" at the bottom and as it moved up the wall become completely rounded. Their shop vac brought to the jobsite to clean up on the last day had a plugged filter and blew drywall dust everywhere and they just left and said "too bad". This was my third drywall company hired on home projects in my lifetime and this was an absolute horrible experience. This drywall is in no way finished and after a coat of Kilz 2 primer their service recommended looks even worse. It is unacceptable. I reached out to the worker who did the drywall here for a while after the job was complete and he nothing worked with his schedule and then communication stopped.

  Here is the proof from my bank. I also have a text chain to prove there was no dispute over price and no referral was made. Will have to send under separate cover the file is too large.

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This work was referred out to A Goins Construction (Fostoria, Ohio) as communicated to the ***** Family (I Believe ******, ********, and yourself) early in the process. After we had referred the work out to A Goins Construction, his team had handled all of the prep work, repairs, updates, finishes, and final walk through with your family. Our in house team focuses on electrical projects only, referring out for specialized projects such as this. I spoke to the owner of A Goins Construction on 5/11/2023, and his team would be more than happy to address any issues or complaints on finishes needed for this job from 8 months ago - October 2022. Their team did not report receiving any complaints or concerns brought to their attention, nor did our office after job completion. In review of communication with the A Goins Construction team, a final walk through was completed with one of A Goins Constructions team members before asking for the funds for project completion. Please feel free to reach out to their office at ************ for additional help, and if needed please let our office know as well if any aid is needed in communication with them or help with a swift resolution.

  I see that of this afternoon my case is closed.  I appreciate any work you have done for this matter.  I didn’t feel I was going to get anywhere going this method since he was not taking any responsibility for his part of hiring his own subcontractor. I have full records to rebuke everything that ******* has stated.
