Oh my gosh!! I can’t say enough good about Daytime Exteriors. The owner, Megan is amazing and so easy to work with, she even dealt with my insurance company. Her employees are efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. These are the reasons we have used Daytime Exteriors several times for our roof, gutters, and window shutter needs.

Incredible company! Everything was accomplished ahead of schedule and within our budget. She worked with our insurance taking all the stress off us. The workers were friendly and always answered all my questions without hesitation. Will use again without question!Daytime Exteriors Response

We were very disappointed with our siding installation to say the least. The sales pitch was great but the installation was terrible. We knew we were in trouble when the installers said “I didn’t know these were so big” when he opened the boxes of our siding. SO many mistakes, such shotty work. Dormer installation was so poor that we’ll have to have someone redo them. Siding has only been up for three months and we already have panels that are falling and gaps between the panels. We Just noticed that they caulked our upstairs windows shut! We have a cape cod style home and the installation took nearly five weeks because the crew rarely worked more than four hours a day. These are just a few examples of the problems we had with our installation by Daytime Exteriors.Daytime Exteriors Response

We are very disheartened by your review. Our team strives to satisfy all our customers. We attempted to go above and beyond to appease all the special requests and even provided over $1,000 in craftsmanship and material not contracted in the scope of work. Our company has received numerous compliments regarding our performance on your beautiful exterior renovation. Unfortunately we did run into some unforeseen weather delays and crew changes due to the jobsite environment. All work was performed to all building code and warranty requirements. The check list provided and a final jobsite walk through were completed before final departure. We used Daytime Exteriors for a new roof and new gutters. The whole process was excellent. Megan was very thorough and professional. She was also very knowledgeable. The crew was great. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Both our home, and our office, experienced roof issues within the last year. To be safe we had multiple people evaluate them. Hands down Daytime Exteriors was the most thorough with the evaluations, and timely for estimates and scheduling. The work was outstanding, and worth it in my eyes. Replaced our old roof in May of 2023. 7 months in and it still looks amazing. No leaks or issues. Loving our new gutters and leaf guards too. So glad we won’t have to clean out the gutters at all this year!! Megan was fantastic to work with and I’d work with her and her awesome crew again anytime!Daytime Exteriors Response
