      My mom and I cleaned and scrubbed the plaza apartment before I vacated nothing broken or damaged the manager told me I couldn't get my deposit back because of broken blinds that were not broke carpet needed to be shampooed carpet wasn't filthy at all bathroom cabinet mirror needed to be replaced mirror is still attached and they had to clean up clearly you can see from the photos that these accurasations weren't true all I'm asking back is my deposit I was told my deposit had to go towards repairs but there was nothing broken the manager doesn't know we took photos I tried to talk to her about my refund but she refuses to reimburse me for my deposit apartment carpet and other things like blinds are already supposed to be cleaned for the next tenant its the law I would gladly appreciate your help

      Ms ******** was charged for five days of rent for 9/1/2023-9/5/2023 (She gave keys 9/5/23). She did provide a 30 day notice, then moved out after 7 days. She was then charged for the remaining 21 days left to fulfill the 30 day notice. She was not charged to replace a bath mirror. She was charged $5 to remove a mirror hung on the back of the bathroom door. She was charged to replace the bedroom blinds as that were broken. She was charged $5 to replace one drip pan on the stovetop. the other 3 were acceptable. She was charged to clean the other 3 sets of blinds as they were dirty/dusty but in decent condition. She was charged for a unit clean and a carpet clean. She removed everything from the unit but any cleaning done was minimal. 

      We have spoke w Ms ******** several times since her move out on 9/5/23. She has paid off all charges that were due at move out. 

      I have attached copies of her move out docs as well as photos after she gave keys and photos after the unit was turned. I do have these photos in full color if needed. However, your system would not allow me to upload them.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Hello this is ******** ******** responding back to your email no I'm not satisfied with the plaza apartments response 30 day notice was emailed to ***** ****** and ********* ******* in  ***** said he received the email but ********* said she didn't receive it why wouldn't I give a 30 day notice in a reasonable time so i can get my deposit backI wasn't aware of this until the day I turned in my keys sept. 5th I was also charged $20.00 for the key card I returned. stains on the bathroom floor was not removable did not come from me. Mirror on the door in the bathroom was already there when I moved in. The plaza Apartments were bought by another company in 2022 that's when they got new managers *********. I have been a good tenant always payed my rent and was always on time. When I asked ********* why did i have to pay so much money back $358 and and kept my deposit all together totaled over $500 ********* said it goes towards other things but wasn't specific about what other things when I spoke to her face to face. Why was October 2023 added I will send documents thank you. ******** ********

      It has never been stated that we did not receive the 30 day notice. The 30 day notice was not fulfilled.  If you refer to the move out statement, there are no charges for keys or key cards. As it was not stated on the move in/ move out  inspection form that were existing stains on the bath floor and the mirror on the bath door, she was charged for per policy.  There has been no change in ownership since my arrival on 6/23/2022. There was a change in management on 8/15/2023. I have explained the charges to Ms ******** on several occasions post move out. She was specifically told what each charge was and why the charge existed. Per the October rent charge: If you refer to the third to last line of the Move Out Statement you will see the charge of $208.00 for Oct 23'' rent. The second to last line of the Move Out Statement shows the $208.00 being credited back.
