I own a jeep grand cherokee limited. On october 9, 2022 my vehicle was ran into by another driver while my vehicle was just parked on the street. Driver took off and was a hit and run. My car was then sent to a mechanic shop a few days later on October 13, 2022. My Jeep is still not finished. parts have been on backorder and I was told that is was due to covid and that jeep was still attempting to catch up on demand. I waited months and got know where. The car is almost all put together but has been missing one part, the steering rack. Twice now, a Chrysler jeep has sent a steering rack and sent the wrong one to the dealership working on my vehicle. So not only are they not producing and providing the part that I need, they have also sent the wrong part twice. About a month and a half ago to two months I filed a claim with Chrysler and was assigned a case manager. This is really where my complaints start. My assigned case manager is never available. I call time after time and leave voicemail after voicemail to my case manager and hardly get responses. I have to resort to messaging the car manufacturer on Twitter and Instagram just to get a response. It takes usually over a week of calling daily and leaving voicemails to finally get a call back. In one of the few instances where I have had the case manager on the phone, i have requested on multiple occasions to speak with a supervisor and was declined and told that was not possible. I have also asked on multiple occasions to my case manager, on twitter and Instagram to be given a new case manager and was denied and told that it wasn't possible on multiple occasions. The dealership that has my car has also told me on multiple times now that they keep getting delayed by wait times of hearing back from the Chrysler rep. So not only are they not effectively replying and responding to me with updates they are also not cooperating and responding adequately to the dealership as well. Still no timetable for completion.
