They do not have transparent pricing. Toledo repair shops charge between $100-$120/hr with dealers charging more. **** is Toledo's largest dealer and charges $150/hr. If you ask about pricing you get a run around and have a program explained that saves you 20% off parts and labor. Why? Because they now raised pricing to be $200/hr which is double some local shops and 33% higher than YARK DEALERSHIP. To take this a step further my jeep has numerous repair slips noting the suspension has play but is safe. I have taken it in numerous times as it keeps feeling like something is off and I have awful noises. This has been going on for quite some time. I have a shop telling me that the noise I've tried to have diagnosed from ******** was due to the underneath of my car being an unsafe disaster. Ball joints are needing replaced on both sides and have clear signs of long term use and abuse. Many more parts were mentioned as well and it was confirmed what is there takes TIME and neglect to develop. I took this in because my wheel turned after a small fender ******. I went to accelerate and my jeep veered left life someone just twisted my car. Ironic it went the same way as the noise I kept asking Ambrosia's about that they 'Couldn't Find' They said it should be impossible for me to have a printout stating my ball joints were good and not noticing the obvious wear and issues developing underneath my jeep. They labeled it literally unsafe to drive. You put all of this together and get stuck writing a negative review for a place you have spoken extremely highly of for so long. My vehicle was towed after finding out their labor rate and they were able to replace BOTH ball joints and all work Ambrosia quoted for $750 compared to $1200. This situation could have been much worse. I am not pointing fingers but have to wonder how this wasn't noticed?
