The worst internet provider Ive ever had. Speeds hardly reach the tier youre paying for, frequent outages, and way to expensive for the actual service you receive.Review from Tony U

I have had it for years. Lived in the same apartment for 19 years. The first 4 years or so ******** Stable for the most point but then Im forced to switch. I will say the internet has been more of a problem than ******** Cheaper kinda.. Im reminded that Im the only one having problems when I call. Nice huh? Lucky me. They replace the modem in most cases. Then 1 to 3 months later again. Then stable for 6-8 months then problems. The speed varies a lot during that time. How local governments allow only one provider is beyond me..Review from Joey R

My internet is out more than it works. You pay more for 350 Mb speed internet then you do for gig internet at competitors and it *****. **************** is horrible. They never have an answer for you or a fix. Just tell you theyll report the issue. This entire company is an and hole and a scam and nothing less.Review from Lisa S

Internet is out more than working. The ****** is constantly rebooting for absolutely no reason. When calling customer service they can never give a reason for either issue but to say you moved the router or your TV. Worse company I have ever dealt with but complex has contract exclusively.Review from Quinetta J

Awful Unreliable always down internet and customer service is TRASH THIS IS A SCAM FOR SURE. They buy out entire complexes and then leave customers with this virtually dial up capability service. Actually Dial up service was better.Review from Cody C

Exactly what you would expect from a company in Toledo Ohio. Just look at their website and you will understand the level of service you will get. Trapped in a complex that uses this cheap internet provider. They are crap, been crap, will always be crap. They have no plans or interest in upgrading their services.Review from Karen D

Customer service is lousy. Staff (*****) was very disrespectful and got hateful with me when I inquired about paying the past due amount and being turned back on. Refused to do so. Unfortunately, this is what our apartment complex chooses to use and I can't wait to get rid of them. Could turn you back on if they really wanted to.Review from Janessa M

This company is absolutely terrible. My internet has been going in and out constantly over the past week or so and every time I call They tell me the same thing,”it’s not an isolated event, it’s within the apartment complex as a whole, we can’t tell you when it will be fixed, that’s all I know.” Literally that is what she tells me every time I’ve called. I have papers to write and a final exam to finish and I can’t because my internet only stays working for an hour at a time. If at all possible, do not pay these people for internet. I only did because when I moved in they were the contracted internet company with my apartment and you had no choice, which is also a load of bull. That shouldn’t be a thing, I should get to choose who I pay for services. Stay far away from this company, you’ll pay a high monthly fee to have internet maybe 15 days out of the month.
