I took my computer in on 11/3/23 to have my battery replaced. I was told that the battery would be replaced within a couple of days. I paid for the replacement at the time of drop off. I called a few days later on the 7th. Employee ******* stated he was sorry however battery hasnt come in yet. But would come in the next day as tracking stated. I ask to talk with a manager and he said manager would call me that day. No call and I waited till the *********************************************************************** yet. I told ******* I wanted my computer back and wanted a total refund. They did give my computer back and a full refund. However Im 11 days out of my computer plus my time with nothing done to my computer.Business response

I am terribly sorry for the experience you received. It is not reflective of our mission and experience we strive for every client. We should have been more communicative about what was occurring behind the scenes, which was a constant delay in shipping for your part from our supplier that we were battling. I will ensure we adjust our communicative procedures so this doesnt happen again. As requested, we provided you full refund as the part was delayed. We do hope to serve you in the future to demonstrate our changed communicative polices.
