Cline Construction also part of IFG Interior finish Group started a concrete 10x12 pad in the back yard as well as extending the driveway 3 feet on each side. The project started on Monday May 9th, 2022, and was supposed to take 2- or 3-days max. It is now May 20th, 2022, and now we have no driveway at all, sidewalks are broken, and yards are tore up, because they ruined the existing drive after they poured on May 14th, 2022 and had to remove what they poured because they messed up the finish, didn't use proper forms, and it had major dips and high spots. During this process they completely damaged the existing driveway that is only 3 years old. Also that day they broke the sidewalks on our neighbors side and created deep divots throughout the neighbors and our yard. *** constantly calls making excuses for why he cancels and cant show up. we personally called the concrete companies he claimed he was using and they verified the *** either didn't make an order or placed order for less than the amount we need to get job done, but *** claimed these companies shorted or canceled on him last minute. He has continued to lie to us profusely throughout this process he was also paid in full for a job still no completed. We have taken hundreds of photos to prove the damage that he and his company have done to our yard and we have absolutely no driveway at all. This without any equivocations has been a nightmare. Also he was suppose to be back today May 20th, 2022 to form and finally pour the concrete, but yet again canceled saying he couldn't make it. In fact May 19 when the excavation guy was there *** agreed to pay him 1250 to remove the damage he caused on the existing driveway and left because *** didn't have the money as promised and was making excuses finally *** had his partner Joe show up to give him the money to pay the excavator , so I had to personal call the excavator company so they would return to finish job cause they didn't trust ***.
