This was by far the worse experience ever man at front desk was extremely rude to me and my client the facility its self was filthy the health department needs to be inspecting that place and the service.

I am giving no stars at all. The man I am speaking about refused to give his name. I need to be contacted about a HIPPA violation, Direct disability discrimination, and client abandonment at this specific facility. The man at the front desk called 6 peoples insurance companies including my fathers on speaker phone (every patient in the waiting room could hear clearly) giving patients names birthdays and insurance numbers. While in the waiting room my father and I witnessed this man, **** at a different disabled patient stating if she cant stop moving her head like that, they wont be able to do x ray. The man at the front desk also spoke to another patient stating youre a big man, a line backer. What type of insurance do you have?. My father waited over a hour and a half from his scheduled appointment time when the man at the front desk came to him stating your insurance is taking to long to answer, you must call them when my father asked why must I call the man at the front desk stated just go, schedule somewhere else. At this point I approached the front desk (I am my fathers advocate/caretaker and I need clarification for his care) to ask why does my father need to reschedule? In response the man waved his hand and said go and never come back. My father and I proceeded to the exit while adjusting his ******. The man came from behind his desk in a very aggressive and threatening manner forcing us into corner . I feared for my father and I safety so I began to record. When I began recording he stoped his physical actions and began name calling cant walk, stupid, stinky and more inappropriate remarks. This is utterly unacceptable. The man at the front desk refused to give us his name and refused an explanation on why my father could not receive care.We have never experienced so much ableism, unprofessionalism, disrespect, and all around embarrassment.

My grandmother had a dental emergency and went here. She was a first time patient and didnt understand that her tooth wouldnt be fixed on first trip. While he was explaining this to her, she said she needed antibiotics and he told her to go to the emergency room. He then snatched a clipboard out of her hands and told her she didnt have to come back after she asked why he couldnt write a script for her cyst. Which of course cause a slight altercation. When I called to speak to the supervisor to report the incident the man told me he was the supervisor, he told me she must not like people with accents and he proceeded to be rude to me and I called in a respectful manner. I let him speak and voice his concern and before I could say anything he told me goodbye hung up. He was very unprofessional, inattentive and lack understanding of the people he was servicing. I understand there are rules and procedures but disrespect, snatching things and yelling at my grandmother isnt a part of what is acceptable.

I have been trying to get a dentist to take this rotted tooth out of my mouth for a month now. I have called all these other dentists, who are on my network, and they say the same thing. Call in the morning and see if we can fit you in. I have called for 2 weeks in the morning all these other dentists don't even answer their phone. I have left messages, and no one called me back at other dentist. The team here at Midwest Dental not only called me back the first time I called, but took me in and took that tooth out immediately. They saw it was in need to be pulled and did just that. They didn't play games like most offices do to make more money. They made me feel at home, and were very human and kind compared to most offices that are very cold. I travel often, and it was nice being around good people that cared. Thank you so much. We are going back, and taking our children. Thank you Midwest Dental Center!!

The Dental Tech After Four Visit Could NOT Adjust My Denture Too Fit , The Receptionist Which Is A Male On Sept 1st Became Very Rude An Angry When I Returned The Denture To The Dental Tech , Call Her Stupid And Told Her You Take Nothing Back , And Called Her Dumb So She Follow Me Out To The Parking Lot , She Try To Get Me To Let Her Adjust The Denture For The 5th Time , And Then He Came Out The Door To The Parking Lot Calling Me Stupid And I'm Trying To Get My Car And I Open The Car Door To Get In And She Throw The Denture In My Car And Walk Away And He Went To My Passenger Door , I Lock My Door

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! This place is owned by a dentist and her husband! The husband is very rude! He screamed at my grandmother and followed her out to her car! He called her stupid and called her a b****! Another person witnessed this as well! I also witnessed him screaming at other patients! I can’t believe this place is still open for business the owner is Dr Taiwo and her husband! He also speaks to his wife and the staff there in a demeaning manner in front of guest!! I would have have 0 stars but was not allowed!
