This started in beginning of 2022 with getting a permanent tooth. Who knew you have to wait months on ends for things to happen to get a tooth. After bone graphs pins, healing; infections the tooth did not take. He said, we will start over with no charge. Will my face swelled up like I ate a few golf balls. Was put on two different antibiotics, antibiotic mouthwash. Infection finally gone and they try the tooth. They said it didn’t take and would have to do another bone graft. By this time I’m exhausted and in so much pain. He wasn’t sure it was going to take anyways. I called my husband in because I was in tears. The dentist apologized to the both of and said he would be sure to get our money reimbursed back to us. I have not seen a cent from this office, but they do seem to keep billing my insurance company for services I have not received. Plus I have paid well over$3000.00 out of pocket to this office. I don’t know how much my insurance has paid but by the looks of my EOB’s, it’s probably over $3000.00. And still no tooth in my mouth!! No return phone calls either….Business response
