Was a new patient. Went in and had pictures taken and told I had 2 cavities. Scheduled my fillings and cleaning. Went back for my fillings and cleaning and as I was getting up and ready to leave after my cleaning was informed that I had 14 more cavities. First time hearing this I said “What?” Lady says “no one told you?” I respond, “not until you told me right now” she says “well yeah you need 14 more fillings” I left office, made some phone calls, scheduled a second opinion with a trusted dentist. Went in for my second opinion and they took their own pictures and was astounded to find 0 cavities. He even started messing with me as he walked in with the chart of the pictures he had JUST taken. Will never recommend anyone to Frankels office. Commuting Insurance ***** should be illegal!!!

This Patient was seen at our Maumee office. On Monday I will review the x-rays but I can assure you we do not commit insurance fraud! I will also see who evaluate the patient because Dr. Frankel did not.
