They keep sending a bill to my old address they should not be sending at all the people they are sending it to at that address is getting perturbed it is a like a harassment to keep sending a bill for 40.00 it costs more to send I told them not to keep any longer just toss. I have contacted them. It was for an appointment that I missed and called and cancelled. Was out of state in AL. for a funeral. I called and cancelled unless that can provide a proof I did not they need to stop. This is very unprofessional. I told them if they indeed do have proof sue me for the 40.00. They need to stop. I will not be at this address more than the next 40 days I am moving again. They need to stop bothering these people.Business response

I received your complaint from the Better Business Bureau. We had not received a call or message that you needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our physicians and providers times is very valuable and there are patients waiting 4 to 6 weeks to be seen. There were two no show appointments in the span of two months. One on July 6, 2022 and one on September 23, 2022. We only charged you one no show charge. We do not wish to argue this information so we will go ahead and void this charge. Best wishes to you!
